XIRTEC 140 SCHEDULE 40 & 80 PIPE, FITTINGS & VALVES
IPEX offers a comprehensive selection of Schedule 40 and Schedule 80 PVC pipe, fittings and valves for potable water and wastewater applications. In addition to costing less than traditional metal systems, our Xirtec™140 vinyl piping systems are immune to damage from naturally corrosive soil conditions, as well as electrochemical and galvanic corrosion.
Xirtec™140 does not rust, pit, scale or corrode from the chemicals found in harsh water and aggressive soils – including most acids, alkalies, salt solutions and other chemicals. Interior walls remain smooth ensuring superior flow, lower maintenance and longer life, while often permitting the use of smaller diameter pipe, depending on the application.
IPEX Schedule 40 and Schedule 80 PVC pipe meets or exceeds all applicable standards for use with potable water as listed in the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) and CSA International. Schedule 40 available in nominal sizes from ½" to 24". Schedule 80 from ¼" to 18".
Manufactured in accordance with ASTM standards and certified by NSF and CSA, our injection molded Schedule 40/80 PVC fittings are available from ¼" to 12". Fabricated PVC fittings, made from segments of Xirtec™140 pipe, are available from 10" to 24".
