Based on an optimized, “seamless open profile” design, IPEX Ultra-Rib™ PVC gravity sewer pipe incorporates exterior, concentric, reinforcing ribs encircling its circumference, to deliver the same strength as DR35 pipe, but with a more efficient and economic design.

Ultra-Rib™ offers outstanding performance. Proven in more than a dozen countries worldwide, this extruded gravity pipe’s molded ribs are buttress reinforced at the base, and structurally isolated from the waterway wall. The result is a ribbed PVC sewer pipe that delivers vastly superior impact strength and stiffness, with excellent flow rates.

IPEX Ultra-Rib™ open-profile PVC gravity sewer pipe and fittings are available in nominal sizes from 8" (200 mm) to 24" (600 mm), and are third-party certified to meet classifications CSA B182.4 and ASTM F794 for ribbed gravity sewer pipe and fittings.
